Why Glow?

At Glow, we only use the highest quality lights, tracks, and materials that we can get our hands on. We believe in prioritizing quality and longevity above all else. Most homeowners that decide to get lights installed through us would say that the reason they chose Glow was for peace of mind knowing that they're getting a very high quality system at a fraction of the price.

What kind of lights do you use?

We use high quality RGBW bulbs. This means there's a designated ''W'' strip inside of the bulbs which allows you to produce different shades or ''temperatures'' of white. Each bulb is waterproof and individually programmable.

What kind of track do you use?

Our track is made locally here in Utah. The aluminum is sourced from the exact same manufacturers who make soffit & fascia, so your track will be a perfect color match on your home. The track is powder coated with a UV protected finish ensuring your track will never fade from UV rays.

What kind of warranty do you offer?

We offer a 1-year warranty on all parts and labor, covering any issues due to defects in materials or workmanship. In addition, all components — including the bulbs — are backed by a 50,000-hour lifespan warranty. That means if any part fails before reaching 50,000 hours of use, we'll replace all components for free, all you pay is the labor. ($50-$100 for almost all maintenance needs) To put it in perspective, if you run your lights every night for 6 hours, that gives you over 20 years of expected performance.

How are the lights controlled?

You'll be able to control your lights through the ''Glow Permanent Lighting'' app on your phone. Both Apple and Android users. How long does installation take? For almost all projects, installation takes just one day. If it is a very big/difficult project it may take 2-3 days depending on the situation.

How are the lights installed?

The lights are installed in an aluminum track. The track is color matched to your soffit/fascia and is installed underneath the eave flush with the soffit.

Do you offer financing?
